Our Process

Our studio offers more than just web design. We work with our clients to understand their ideal customer so that we can build something that is truly unique to them.
STEP 1
Discovery
We start off with an initial call via phone or video to discuss your needs and how we can help you.

We get to know you and your business. We discuss things like budget, brief, variables, timelines, competitors, brand, project requirements.
STEP 2
Quote and upfront payment
We'll send you a quote, often with a few different solution for you to consider.

Once you have decided on which option will suit you best we send out an invoice.

We require a 50% upfront payment to begin any design and development.
STEP 3
Collaboration & Research
We ask you to send us the specific content we need as part of the project.

Research and brainstorming commences.
STEP 4
Design
This process includes research, information architecture based on your objectives and creation of the wire-frame prototype.

Once approved by the client, imagery and content is added into the strategically designed UI/UX wireframe.

Final iterations are made to the website design.
STEP 5
Development
Development of Wordpress website begins based on the approved design and content.

Once the pages are built we send them to the client for feedback and iterations are made.
STEP 6
Testing and Launch
Testing and final touches are made.

Once we have final approval, we set a launch date with you.

Depending on the hosting option, we will migrate the site to our live environment or to your server.

Upon completion, the remainder of the invoice is due.
STEP 7 
Post launch
After launch, if care package is selected, we will continue to look after your site and keep it up to date.
